last week i got around in finally finishing the seven up series. it only took me a year to watch the last two installments. anyways, i've fallen in love with nicholas, who quite possibly is the only only man i find attractive with a mustache, despite his wife being a major self-conscious cunt. but it is neil who i truly found interesting, fascinating, and all other possible synonyms. one could describe his life as depressing, heartbreaking, blah blah blah, but the only thing i see is a honest man. and so, i leave with my favorite quote said by him:
"i know how tempting it is to escape into fantasies, to believe i already am a successful writer, to believe i've got lots of friends, to believe if only i had done such and such my life would have been different, but the most difficult thing is to accept the reality, to be what we are in a situation, that's terribly difficult."
